Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial shopping purposes.

You may not:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Attempt to access restricted systems or customer accounts
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

Craftly SA may suspend access where misuse, fraud or security risks are reasonably suspected.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.

Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Minor visual differences do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

Customers should review product descriptions, pack sizes, compatibility and available options before purchasing.

Prices

All prices are displayed in South African rand.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees and other charges will be shown during checkout where relevant.

Craftly SA may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where an obvious pricing error occurred.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Craftly SA may decline or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment was unsuccessful
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
• Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
• The order breaches these Terms and Conditions

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third party payment providers connected to the Wix website.

Customers must ensure they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Craftly SA is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers, but will provide reasonable assistance where a transaction can be identified.

Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, Craftly SA may offer:

• A suitable replacement
• Store credit, with the customer’s agreement
• A refund for the unavailable product
• Cancellation and refund of the affected order

Store credit will not be issued instead of a refund without the customer’s agreement where a refund is legally required.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to the Shipping Policy published on this website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.

Delivery dates are estimates unless Craftly SA expressly agrees to a fixed date in writing.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Digital Products

Digital templates and downloadable products are provided according to the licence or usage conditions shown on the relevant product page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed or shared as standalone files without written permission from Craftly SA.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Craftly SA name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, digital files and other original material belong to Craftly SA or are used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Notify Craftly SA immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Craftly SA may suspend an account where unauthorised activity or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that:

• The content is truthful and based on your experience
• You have permission to share it
• It does not infringe another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive or misleading

Craftly SA may remove content that breaches these requirements.

Third Party Services

The website may use third party services, including Wix, payment providers, couriers and social media platforms.

These services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Craftly SA is not responsible for the independent actions, availability or content of third party platforms.

Privacy

Personal information is processed according to the Craftly SA Privacy Policy and POPIA.

By using the website, you acknowledge that necessary information may be shared with payment, delivery and technology providers to complete your order or provide requested services.

Limitation of Liability

Craftly SA will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Products must be used for their intended purposes and according to any instructions supplied.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, updates, security or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

Craftly SA may update these Terms and Conditions when its products, website, operations or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Terms applicable to an accepted order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed.
